Questions people ask
Do you sell equipment?
No. If you need something, I'll tell you exactly what to buy and why. I don't take commissions.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay for the visit. I'll tell you what's wrong and who can fix it.
Will you need my passwords?
No. You type your own passwords while I guide you, and I never write them down. If a scam got into an account, you change the password and call the bank yourself, with me right there to help.
Can you help my parents from a distance?
Yes. Remote help works for most software problems, and I can set up their devices so family can help them later.
Ready when you are.
