Want summaries by text, or a text-back for missed calls? Phone carriers require your business to be registered for texting first. That can take a few days or several weeks, and the carriers' small fees are passed through at cost.
Because you shouldn't have to sit through a sales pitch to learn what something costs. If your project needs something different, I'll quote it in writing before any work starts.
How do I pay?
I send invoices you can pay online by card or bank transfer. Projects are half to start and half at launch. Monthly plans bill automatically and can be canceled anytime, except the $0-down website plan, which is 12 monthly payments.
What does the founding price require?
The first 5 local businesses get founding prices and their first month of care free. In return I ask for permission to show your project as an example. That's it. I ask every client for an honest review when we're done, but a review is never a condition of any price. Google doesn't allow that, and it wouldn't be honest.
What isn't included?
Domain registration (usually $10 to $30 a year, and it's yours), any paid software you choose to use, and phone or texting usage beyond what a plan includes. I'll name every one of those costs before you commit.
